Order confirmation
Every enquiry receives a written quotation covering the items, pack sizes, quantities, pricing and the expected supply timeline. Work begins only after you confirm those terms, so there are no surprises at the time of delivery.
Supply area
We operate from KPHB Colony in Hyderabad and supply customers across Hyderabad and Telangana. For larger or recurring requirements outside the city, we confirm the transport arrangement and cost with you before dispatch.
Packing and handover
Consumables, chemicals and stationery are packed carton-wise so quantities are easy to verify at handover. Fragile and liquid items are secured for transit. Please count cartons and check the condition of packaging when you receive the consignment.
Delivery timelines
Timelines depend on the items and quantities confirmed in your quotation. Stocked items are usually arranged quickly; larger or specially procured orders take longer and the expected schedule is confirmed with you in writing. Delays caused by transport or availability are communicated as soon as we know.
Regular and contract supply
For offices, hotels, restaurants and institutions with recurring requirements, we can plan periodic replenishment so you are not ordering item by item. Share your monthly consumption and we will propose a supply pattern that suits you.
Support after delivery
One contact handles your enquiry, order and after-sales questions. If something is missing, damaged or not as agreed, contact us with your order reference and we will resolve it under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
